You can save the SVG as a PDF (and make changes to the SVG) using the free programs, Inkscape and Photopea.

If you wish to make any changes to the file before saving as a PDF (such as the page size, image size, or colors), instructions on how to edit the SVG using Inkscape can be found HERE:

Follow the instructions above to make any desired changes to the SVG file and save a copy of the SVG with your changes. If you don't wish to make any changes to the file, you can just use the original SVG file. In either case, to save the SVG as a PDF, go to https://www.photopea.com/ and do the following in Photopea:

  1. File > Open
  2. Navigate to where you have the SVG Saved, choose the file and click Open
  3. File > Export As > PDF
  4. Make sure "keep aspect ratio" is checked.
  5. For width, based on the size of your page (paper size), multiply the width in inches by 300 and put this number into the width area. (So if you saved it wanting an 8 inch wide page, you would put in the number 2400.)
  6. Click the Save button
  7. Your new PDF will open in Adobe Reader. It will probably save in your Downloads folder, but if you wish to save it in a different location, when your new PDF opens, you can do File > Save As within Adobe Reader to save it in a location of your choice.
